Training with me is not only about building strength, muscle, endurance, but it’s about building confidence, being more comfortable and achieving your ultimate goal.

Prior to my fitness training, I had played 15 years of elite level baseball and those years has made me the coach and trainer that I am today. When it was time to hang up the cleats for good, I began to train in the weight room more seriously. In my personal experiences, I have trained in many styles of fitness, including: general weightlifting, body building, strength training, CrossFit, and Olympic lifting.
As a trainer and coach, I build programs based on your specific situation. For all beginners, we establish the most important part of it all, and that’s practicing form and the mechanics of the body. There are scientifically proven method of reps and sets one must perform for each muscle group in order for someone to grow and build effective muscle mass. This method is used in all of my programs.
My specialties include: form and mechanics of weightlifting, general weight lifting, strength training, power lifting, body building, nutrition (weight gain and weight loss), and macro counting.
