I’ve had the opportunity to train under collegiate level strength and conditioning coaches during my time playing football at MSU. I began my coaching journey in 2018 with a mission to fill the void of information I felt was missing in the programs I was a part of.
1. It all starts with a foundation, and from client to client it’s different. That can be from limitations in their knowledge, physical ability and often ignored mental state.
2.Once we’ve established a good starting point I want to focus on your mental / physical ability to perform work. Two main focuses is your conditioning and your mobility
3.When a client shows they have the capacity to perform exercises with the correct intensity and form, I like to focus more on weight lifting based on their individual goals.
4. Once strength and stability is established I love to use my unique twist of bodybuilding and athletic based exercises to progress the client to their end goal.
I am an athletic performance and movement specialist. Through this I’ve helped athletes increase key indicators of performance coaches look for, and helped everyday people realize that aging is a mindset as I helped them move better shed off body fat.
