I’ve been a personal trainer for 8 years specifically working with seasoned postpartum moms!
There’s so many ways we can work together, whether it’s in-person or online. I offer a few different programs based on your health and movement history. And for many of my clients, we’ll train once a week and then I use a fitness app to assign homework so they can practice workouts in between our sessions so they can see progress faster and build the habit of strength training by choosing to start on their own!
I would say my specialty is pregnant or postpartum women. Working out pregnant or “too soon” after birth always seems scary! I help it not feel like that! Even if your youngest child is 7 years old. You are still a postpartum mother, in my eyes. Having babies that’s a toll on our bodies and it is possible to feel strong after!
