When creating a program I start off with a movement analysis and also focus on your stability and mobility to see what is out of line and what is overcompensating in certain areas. For athletes I do the same but also coordinate different combine tests to see how to calculate your speed, explosiveness, and agility. From there I create a program that can be adjusted but fits best for you to develop.
I specialize in speed, agility, and explosive training. I also do skills development training for multiple sports.
