My focus is empowering people to reach their goals, build self confidence and additionally for them to learn and absorb all the information I can provide. To me fitness is more than just going to the gym. It is a lifestyle change. I love to make the gym a fun and loving place.
I have been training people since 2010 when I was in college. My background in fitness is basketball — I played in the ABA as well as overseas where I trained alongside professionals. In 2019, I officially got my certification through NASM. For me personally, the learning will never stop.
My philosophy is based on the brick by brick concept. If you want to build a wall, you have to lay each brick down as perfectly as it can be laid. When I work with my clients, I am helping them build their "wall" — whether that's weight loss, muscle gain, or simply more confidence in the gym.
My specialties are weight loss, muscle gain, and nutrition. I specialize in making this information and process as simple as possible. A healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be difficult and after working with me, you'll realize how simple it really is!
